Confidentiality and Professional Secrecy
Intertrad interpreters are obliged to maintain professional confidentiality during all assignments. They must not disclose or circulate, in any way, any information, exchanges, or statements obtained knowingly or unknowingly from the parties they serve. Interpreters are subject to the same rules of confidentiality and professional secrecy as the clients they assist.
With Non-Personal Data :
We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (data related to all Users or specific groups of Users combined so that no individual User can be identified) and non-personal information for sector and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes, and other commercial purposes.
With Personal Data Available on Users’ Social Accounts :
If you connect your account to another service, that service may share your profile, login, and other authorized information with us. We may aggregate information from all Users, groups, or accounts with personal data publicly available.
Optional Access.
Browsing www.intertrad.fr does not require registration or prior identification. You may access the site without providing personal information (name, address, etc.). We do not record personal data for general browsing.
Identifiers are used solely for access to services and during the execution of the contract.
No technical data is collected. We do not collect or store technical information from your device (IP address, ISP, etc.).
Retention Period
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months from the first placement on the User’s device, which is also the validity period of the User’s consent. Cookie life is not extended with repeated visits. User consent must be renewed after this period.
Purpose of Cookies

Retention and Anonymization of Personal Data
During Contractual Relationship
In accordance with Article 6-5° of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill obligations under the contract or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.
After Contract Termination / Account Deletion
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in these Terms of Use. After that period, data will be anonymized for statistical purposes only and will not be exploited in any other manner.
Data Deletion Upon Account Removal
Mechanisms are in place to delete data once retention or archiving periods required for the purposes have been met. You also have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting Intertrad SAS.
Data Deletion After 3 Years of Inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not logged in to www.intertrad.fr for three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in; otherwise, your data will be deleted.
Users may delete their account at any time by requesting it from Intertrad SAS or using the account deletion option in the account settings.
In case of violations of the Terms of Use, Intertrad SAS reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to services, accounts, and sites without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Security Breach Notification
We commit to implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security proportional to the risk of accidental, unauthorized, or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of personal data. In the event of unauthorized access or breach, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible;
- Investigate the cause and inform you;
- Take reasonable measures to mitigate negative effects or harm.
Limitation of Liability
These commitments regarding security breach notification do not constitute an acknowledgment of fault or liability for the occurrence of the incident.
No transfers outside the European Union. Intertrad SAS commits not to transfer personal data of its Users outside the EU.
Changes to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
We commit to informing Users of any substantial changes to these Terms and to not reduce the level of data privacy without prior notice and consent.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Arbitration Clause :
You expressly agree that any dispute arising from these Terms, including interpretation or execution, will be resolved through arbitration under a mutually agreed arbitration platform, which you accept without reservation.
Intertrad SAS commits to providing Users with access to all their personal data upon request, in an open and reusable format, allowing them to maintain control and reuse of their data.
